Sequel paper

There is now another paper on this topic on ArXiv preprint server. The URL is http://arxiv.org/abs/0809.... The title is "Computation of Maximal Resolution of Copy Number Variation on a Nanofluidic Device using Digital PCR." This paper discusses how one can obtain smallest possible confidence interval for absolute quantitation and for copy number variation. There is brief discussion on the errors which contribute to the uncertainty when estimating DNA concentration and on relationship with Bayesian confidence interval.
