Kegg pathway analysis of over 400 Alzheimer's susceptibility genes

Many genes have been implicated in Alzheimer's disease. Although plagued by problems of replication, these genes trace out a number of signalling networks that are pertinent to the diverse sub-pathologies of Alzheimer's disease, and also to the pathogenic risk factors (viruses, bacteria , etc)
