the instantaneous effect of city pollution may well be felt, if you come in from far outside without or nearly without fine-particles;
some people claim over head-ache a few hours later a.o.
Last year it happened to me, that a small blood vessel in the eye broke, may also be due to increasing blood pressure. H G
