Visual inspection of the 100 kDa blots

100 kDa subunit

I could be wrong, but the 100 kDa subunit blot for the 'significant' contingent remifentanil group (C) does not appear to be 1.4 times greater in the membrane, than in the cytocol. In fact, the effect looks to be in the opposite direction, were the cytocolic fraction of PKCzeta is greater. I'm wondering how these representative samples were chosen. Otherwise, the data look great!
