Very well written.
While the algorithm describes the general strategy for choosing codons, an illustrated example or two would be useful.
Since the folding of an aminio acid sequence begins in the ribosomal tunnel, have the authors ever considered "leading" the to-be-folded sequence with rare codons? This might further improve folding, although it looks pretty good.
