In this very impressive paper, Wang et al. developed an excellent and novel automated microrobot injection system for zebrafish (and other) embryos. This is a very significant advance in the delivery of substances (e.g., DNA, RNA, morpholinos) into zebrafish embryos and is amenable to high-throughput studies.

A very minor issue-I am curious about the data on the survival rate. From time to time, there are a handful of infertile zebrafish eggs in a clutch. In all of the experiments in this paper, were infertile eggs excluded, if any?
