2. Experiments, statistics, and other analyses must be performed to a sufficient technical standard that conclusions can be drawn from them.
Yes.
3. Conclusions must be presented in an appropriate fashion.
Yes.
4. Techniques used must be documented in sufficient detail to allow replication.
Yes.
5. Reports must be presented in an intelligible fashion and written in English.
Yes. The manuscript writing could be improved; for example, the use of jargon such as "late domain activity" should be eliminated.
6. Does the research meet all applicable standards with regard to the ethics of human / animal experimentation, participants' consent, and research integrity?
Yes.
7. Has the report adhered to the relevant community standards for research conduct, presentation of results, and deposition of data, where appropriate?
No accession # for BMRB is given. Otherwise OK.
