Staining of Neurospheres

Thank you for a nicely written paper.
I just wanted to know how did you perform the staining of Neurospheres? Did you plate them on Poly-L-Lysine or embed them in OCT and sectioned them?
I am trying to stain Neurospheres in my experiment and the images are no where close to the ones which you show in the paper. So, was wondering whether I am missing a step or doing something wrong.?
