Interesting approach to flip the classic question of where to place MRs the other way around. One question arises, if one places MRs in areas that minimally displace fishing effort as the study suggests, how much impact is one having? If a small proportion of area is providing a large proportion of fish, it would seem that these unique areas are deserving of further investigation for specialized conservation and management.
