I have had the honor to be the AE of this paper. This is a well preformed research on the interactions of Warfarin and antidepressants, a clinical issue of utmost importance in geriatric psychiatry. Many times the clinician is confronted with the difficult decision of using an antidepressant in a patient already using Warfarin. however, few research articles have focused on this, so there is a dearth of data to direct the clinician. The data collected in thi study are of course not definitive, but they shed a new light into the subjects, especially when showing that mirtazapine also is able to have interaction with warfarin.
