In John Bleibtreu's highly acclaimed book, The Parable of the Beast, Macmillan, 1968 (LCCN 68-11263), he discusses in the context of then available biologic experimentation the notion of memory density. Defining 'significant moments' as the quanta of memory, he reaches the same conclusions as the current study.
