Inhibition of JAK2 activity by P6 or destabilization of JAK2 expression by ganetespib blocks STAT-target gene expression.

There is an error in the legend for Table S1. The correct legend is: "Values represent fold change in drug treatment relative to vehicle control. Negative values indicate a reduction in abundance from control to drug treatment group. As expected, inhibition of Hsp90 by ganetespib results in rapid upregulation of heat shock/stress proteins."
