Pure cell type specific lysates

It would be interesting to see:
-how the PTK activity profiles of different pure cell type specific lysates would compare (e.g., mesendodermal vs. ectodermal/neural cells that are undergoing convergent extension from wild type or FYN/Yes knockdown embryos)
-whether knockdowns of the targets identified in this study (e.g., EFS) phenocopy the Fyn/Yes knockdown convergent extension phenotype
