1. There seems to be a general increase in LC3 in resistant clones rather than a specific increase in LC3-II. It would be interesting to show LC3-II / -I levels by western-blotting upon treatment with Tzb.
2. The data on cell lines BT474 and MCF-7 as referred to at the end of the results are not presented in this paper - but they are crucial for the main hypothesis that autophagy mediates Tzb-resistance.
