Data analysis and application of NGS technologies is one of our research topics. Thanks for all the comments and suggestions for the improvement of our present and future work.

All the typographical errors will be check carefully and corrected. The changing and modification of the tools in Figure 1 will be updated, also the novel software and tools will be added to the figure in the future.
