In the third sentence of the "Stem-loop RT-qPCR Assay Design" section of the Materials and Methods, a link was incorrectly posted and two sentences were incorrectly joined. The correct link and sentences are: The assay design software is freely available on-line at two different locations: 1. http://mirnadesigntool.as... 2. http://genomics.dote.hu:8.... The software is Open Source under the GNU GPL license and access to the source code can be requested by contacting the corresponding author.
