There are several minor errors in the internal references to the Appendix S1.

1. On Page (8); right hand column; at the top of text, it currently reads:
“Therefore, making only Assumptions (A2–A4) from…”
It should read: “Therefore, making only Assumptions (A2, A5, & A6)…”

2. On Page (8); right hand column; several lines below, it currently reads:
“Thus, making Assumptions (A2–A4) from…”
It should read: “Thus, making Assumptions (A2, A5, & A6)…”

3. On Page (9); right hand column; midway down it currently reads:
“Unfortunately, the quantities (s’) and (b’), unlike the quantities (s) and (b), are not derived from direct-observations. However, from Props. (5.1&5.2b) of Appendix S1 (Section C) for MS…”
It should read: “…However, from Props. (5.1&5.2c)...”

4. On Page (9); right hand column; just below the above it currently reads:
“Consequently, from Props. (2.3b,6.3b,&7.1a) of Appendix S1…”
It should read: “…Consequently, from Props. (6.1,6.3,&7.1a)...”

5. On Page (10); left hand column; second paragraph, it currently reads:

Props. 5.3a,5.3c,6.3b,&6.3c).”
It should read: “…disease-penetrance (Appendix S1;Sections D; Prop. 6.3)”

6. On Page (10); left hand column; bottom, it currently reads:

It should read: “…from Props. (5.2c) & (6.1c) of Appendix S1 (Sections C&D)…”

7. On Page (10); right hand column; bottom, it currently reads:

It should read: “….Sections D&E; Props. 6.2&7.1a)…”

8. On Page (11); left hand column; ¾ down, it currently reads:

It should read: “Thus, from Tables (2,3,4,6), and as discussed in Prop. (6.2) of Appendix S1 (Section D):”

9, On Page (11); left hand column; just below, it currently reads:

It should read: “…(Appendix S1; Section D; Prop. 6.2).

10. On Page (12); left hand column; near the top, it currently reads:
