Required reading for T cell biologists

Given the widespread use of the Jurkat cell line, it really is high time that someone has
undertaken a systematic study comparing TCR mediated signalling events in Jurkats vs "real"
T lymphocytes. A great paper that should be required reading for anyone working in TCR and/or costimulatory signalling.
