IIS restriction enzymes have already found their way into many innovative cloning and DNA assembly protocols. However, the assembly of up to 9 fragments into a defined order in a single reaction is a nice advance. The new protocol looks promising not only for the generation of libraries but could also prove useful for synthetic biologists that try to assemble constructs from many modules.
