Burnout and compassion fatigue in socialized versus private healthcare systems

Do the results of polling for this data in countries with socialized versus private healtcare systems differ significantly? If so (or if not), why? (or why not?) I would really like to see this survey put to United States physicans, where I think that burnout and compassion fatigue rates may be higher due to stressors related more to the "business of medicine" than to actual direct patient care.
