The study only uses data from one gene expression study yet the title says "expression microarray meta-analysis".

Thank you for your interest. As detailed in the study, selected data from one study was analyzed initially. The results from that analysis were then compared and either validated or rejected based on the results of clinical data from 5 to 8 independent clinical studies. In all, the results represent data collected from up to 9 studies including a number of patients on the scale of hundreds of samples.
