Fifteen years ago, I read one paper about the histological and clinical characterization of mouse colon treated by DSS, I found another one finally writen by Dr. Cooper. I can say that this paper is a updated version of the first paper, contain more interesting ideas, not only analyze the time course reaction, but the comparison between Distal and proximal colon. I am sure this paper would be cited very frequently.
