Request for additional information for Figure 1 -- Absolute serum drug levels in mice vs. humans

Could the authors comment on the absolute serum/tissue drug concentrations measured in mice vs. humans in Figure 1? To extrapolate the findings of present work to humans, it would be useful to know whether the doses of fluoxetine and fluvoxamine administered to mice produced serum levels similar to those measured/expected in women.
