Please check, it seems no clear indication of values in Gene length for Fig.3. It is probably not mandatory for comparing patterns, but it is better to indicate these values for more informative presentation.

You are right, posting the sizes would be more informative. The sizes cover the full range of all genes from the very smallest on the left to the biggest on the right.
The comparison tool was produced by the students and they did not think to put in a set of labels to quantify the sizes at regular intervals. Thank you for this helpful suggestion on a way to improve the comparison tool.
