clarification of transgenic reporter line

Please note that Tg(nkx2.2a:mEGFP) expression does not mark motor neurons and motor axons, as the authors assert in this manuscript. Instead, it marks perineurial glia associated with motor axons (Kucenas et al., 2008, Nat. Neuroscience, 11, 143-151).
